Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
In a small sauce pan, heat the grapeseed oil over medium heat. Add the red pepper flakes and cook for just 2-3 minutes until fragrant. (Do NOT walk away—the flakes will burn). Remove from heat and stir in the white parts of the scallions.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Pour in the cooked pepper flakes and scallion whites. Sprinkle in the Everything Bagel seasoning and stir together. Pour over the cooked noodles and add the scallion greens.
