Instructions
In a medium saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and crushed red pepper. Let cook 1 minutes.
Stir in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add in the diced pepper and onion, turmeric, onion powder, pepper and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, then add in the broth. Stir and cover the pan. Cook down for 15 minutes.
Add in the fresh herbs and diced bacon, stir then cover and cook another 10 minutes or until all the potatoes are softened.
Remove from heat and serve in bowls. Top with cheese and dig in!
