Ingredients

honey mustard dressing

low-sodium soy sauce

cloves
crushed garlic

salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the honey mustard dressing, soy sauce, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place the chicken in a plastic bag or baking dish, drizzle half the dressing over top and marinate for up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat the grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the chicken on and cook for 10-12 minutes per side. Flip and cook through.
Remove chicken from the heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the top, slice and serve!
