Break up the frozen acai packet by hitting it against the counter or hammering with a kitchen mallet. (I'm sure this isn't the technical way to make this happen, but it works!)
In a high-speed blender, blend the acai, banana, date and almond milk on high for 1 minute.
If your peanut butter is soft, great! If you keep yours in the fridge like me, put it in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds so it's spreadable.
Pour the acai base into your bowl, top with peanut butter, granola and cacao nibs. Dig in!
