Slice the apple into thin rounds with the core at the center. Remove all the seeds and cut triangles into the apple to create a star shape, leaving the center to hold it together.

Grab 4 glasses. Layer the blueberries, strawberries and star-shaped apples in each glass. Pour 1/4 cup of grapefruit juice into each glass, then top off with champagne. Enjoy!
