Ingredients
1lbground turkey
2tablespoonsplain greek yogurt
1egg
2tablespoonsbreadcrumbs
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/4teaspoonchipotle powder
salt and pepper
olive oil sprayoptional
4burger buns
2tablespoonsmayo or aioli
1small vine tomatosliced
red onionsliced
1/2avocadosmashed
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, greek yogurt, egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and form into 4 patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and spray with olive oil. Place the patties in the hot pan and cook for 10 minutes, then flip and finish cooking for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
Toast your buns and put together! Spread some mayo on the bottom bun, then top with a cooked turkey patty, add lettuce, onion, tomato, then add avocado to the top bun and serve!
