1package MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers
1medium yellow onionsliced thinly
2small jalapeñosseeds removed and thinly sliced
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
1tablespoonSriracha
1garlic clovecrushed
1small head of lettuce
1large tomato
1small red onion
1avocado
2-4burger buns
Instructions
Heat a small sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once warm, add in the sliced onions and jalapeños and sauté for 6-8 minutes until just starting to brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha and crushed garlic clove. Mix well and set aside.
Heat grill over medium-high and place the MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers Patties over the flame. Watching carefully so they don't burn, grill for about 3 minutes per side until warmed through with nice grill marks.
Assemble your burgers either with hamburger buns or in lettuce wraps. Layer a Spicy Black Bean Burger patty, then a scoop of the sautéed jalapeños and onions with a good dollop of the Sriracha garlic aioli. Feel free to add tomatoes, additional lettuce or red onion if desired!
