1lbchicken breasts and/or thighsabout 2 breasts or 3 thighs or a combination
1/3cupgreek yogurt
1/4cupolive oil
1tablespoonblack pepper
1tablespoonallspice
1 1/2teaspooncoriander
1 1/2teaspooncumin
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonturmeric
1teaspoondried minced onion
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspooncurry
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
2tablespoonslemon juice
4minced garlic cloves
4-6skewers
Instructions
Dice the chicken into 1 1/2" cubes. Place in a large bowl and add all other ingredients! Cover in plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but the longer it sits, the better!
Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat. Serve!
